Our approach
This intensive brings story, body, relationship, and spiritual formation into experiential practice. In four days, participants are invited into focused work that can open years of personal growth—at a pace that honors each person’s readiness.
- Work deeply with the stories that shaped you.
- Explore how unprocessed wounds continue to live in the body.
- Meet the younger and protective parts of yourself with honesty and compassion.
- Develop greater intimacy with the shadow parts of your experience.
- Practice truth, integrity, vulnerability, and changed action.
- Work in a space that is both safe and appropriately challenging—without being pushed beyond your consent.
